Description
This stepped flow is a few bends past the first tunnel on the north side as you drive west from Golden up the canyon. It's a drainage through a low angle cliff band which starts right off the road. After several days of near 0 degree temps and snow, this can form several WI2 steps. A good after work solo outing when it's in.
Note: This may already have a name as surely everyone ice hunting has looked at it and several have probably climbed it in the past. I dont own all the guidebooks. Please correct me if so. I choose 'Blue Moon' due to the Coors Beer theme as well as the nice moonlight which guided my outing.

Getting There
Drive west from Golden up US 6. Look right past the first tunnel after about 2500 feet (check the google map location which is spot on). It's at a left bend in the road. First step is a left-facing corner of sorts, second step is visible above. Park off the road on a pullout in proximity (south side of road, just east of guardrail worked well for me).
