Description

The highball boulder is probably the single largest chunk of diabase in Mt. Gretna or any of the surrounding outlying areas. It is an impressive boulder with many characters. This blocky boulder has proud, tall problems on each of its sides and aretes. There are three arete climbs, the best being Delerium Tremens (V5). The steep faces are flakey and friable, but there is a smooth, clean slab on the back and a wonderful easy crack. The slab is home to the perplexing and unrepeated problem Squeak (V tricky).
