Description
Somewhat shady, but very secluded compared to the crowded walls at Alamuchy.
This wall has lots of potential for some amazing routes! This area was de eloped by Joey Vulpis, Chrissy Licata and Micky Levine in the 1990's and early 2000's. The wall reaches about 45-50 feet in height and is a 50 foot by 40 foot corner. Routes vary from ground to top cracks, overhangs, flake systems, etc. The rock is clean and is a mix of metaquartzite and crystalline granite. This whole area was glacial territory so rock mixture is very common.
Total hike from the parking pull-offs is 15 minutes.
Getting There
Follow the trail leading to the 'Practice Face' go left when you reach the face and up around the back passing the top of the 'Practice Face' on your right. Continue following this trail for 3-5 minutes. You'll pass a 15ft wall with a double blue blaze on it, continue another 2-3 minutes down and you'll see the wall on your left. This wall can be reached via the trail between the 'Tic-Tac-Toe' and 'Cake' wall.
