Description
The Black Face hosts some wonderful moderate routes on black water polished rock. Black Face is located on a long rock terrace situated thirty-five feet above the main base trail at the far eastern end of the cliffline. An easy 4th class scramble accesses the Black Face and the Tea Room. The Black Face is shaded in the early morning and late afternoon and can be quite warm on sunny days.
