Description

This is the first boulder you come to on the high trail.

Getting There

Walk up road to the first switchback. There is a trail that heads straight up the hill from this switchback. Take it. When the trail tops out at the dirt road again, walk West (left) 20- 30 feet and you will see another trail the breaks off to the right. The Warm-Up Boulder is at the top of this trail where it connects with the upper trail.

Per Owen S: for now with the temporary closure for revegeation, when the trail tops out at the dirt road again, follow the main road east (right) then take a smaller trail on your left. The Warm-Up Boulder is off this trail on your left.

The regular social trail to the warm-up boulder has been closed.
