Description Suggest change

The Trophy wall sits in the northern section of the Sandstone Quarry area. Steep routes on white rock make this stage-like area a steep sport climber's dream. Generally pumpy routes with good holds. This area is generally sunny, but the gulley acts as a wind tunnel making this one of the breeziest areas. Additionally, much of the wall is shaded in the afternoon due to the angles, despite the belay/hang area remaining sunny all day.

Getting There Suggest change

Approach on the Turtlehead Peak trail as for The Twinkie. Leave the trail to head up a slab on the left side of that crag, continuing on a climber's trail into the bushy gully. Avoid getting off the trail as this is a rare, lush area for the park with sensitive plant species. The trail winds through the brush past Avian Wall before a brief scramble up a slab to the base of the climbs.

0.7 mi with 350 ft of elevation gain, ~20 minutes.

It is also possible to approach from the right side of the crag from the left end of The Secret 13 Wall. The crags are only a few minutes apart, but usually have different conditions.
