Description
A chossy brown granite dome, located on Old Stage Road generally on the SW side of Pikes' Peak.
Getting There
Follow the directions in Bob D'Antonio's Garden of the Gods/Pikes' Peak guidebook, as if you were going to the Martyr. Fail to find the Martyr based on said directions, and keep going on Old Stage Road until you reach a fairly level stretch of road right after a tunnel (approximately 18 miles from the Broadmoor). Locate a high concentration of slabby domes composed of brownish granite. See picture below to locate the precise crag - it is easily identified from the road. Bushwhack your way to the base of the crag, avoiding the obvious barbed wire fences delineating the private property abundant in this area
