Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

The Area

Boulder with steep overhang/roof climbing on edges and plates! Very atypical of Josh bouldering

Getting There

The rectangular boulder on the rocky hill behind The Bong 5.4 (The Blob, hidden valley campground). On page 80 of the big bouldering guide, and considered to be in the Outback area. Easily accessed with some scrambling by walking past the Yabba Dabba Don't Boulder - the boulder is uphill and to the right
