Description
This is the easiest route on the wall, and the only one for climbers who are less than solid 5.10 leaders.
The crux is a few moves of 5.10+ or A0, on the penultimate pitch.
The first four pitches are excellent 5.6 or 5.7 slab on a traverse. The next two pitches go straight up on great rock. The 7th pitch is the crux mentioned above. The final pitch is of little interest, but it gets you to the top!
P1 (5a): Work your way up a ramp to a steeper cruxy section, then traverse right to reach the anchor.
P2 (5a): This pitch and the next wonder up a long, beautiful slab. Notes: The slab may be a bit harder than you might have expected for the grade.
P3 (5a): More great slab climbing.
P4 (5a): Start out onto the arret with great holds and an enjoyable position.
P5 (5b): Steeper climbing on great holds. Cool rock!
P6 (6a+, 5b A0): Great rock in a great position!
P7 (4c): Short, easy pitch to the top.
