The crux is right off the rip, unless you have 0.1/0.2 size fingers you'll need to bring your sport climbing skills to get established in the crack. Climb up the initial arete. After a few moves, you'll be able to reach into the crack, share the arete and crack until the crack widens and lay back to the top.
