Description Suggest change

Start within the overhung portion along the right wall (when looking into the overhang).
Two crimps make up the start: one high along the seam where the sidewall of the cave meets the roof portion and the other about 30cm below at a roughly 75 degree angle.
The large slabby boulder on the ground underneath the roof is off.

Transition out of the cave to a generous jug (roughly 5cm x 12cm, though it narrows to a small shelf) at the mouth of the overhang.
Proceed up the face of the boulder to a slopey dish atop the roof and left about 50cm.
A good triangular jug further left on the top of the boulder is available to assist in mantling to the top.

Location Suggest change

Boulder is situated at the crossroads of the Valley Loop and Yosemite Falls trails. The little sandy area with several large rocks is easily accessible from Camp 4 via the north-bound trail out of the parking lot.

Protection Suggest change

2 pads is ideal, 1 could be sufficient if someone is able to move it.
