Description Suggest change

Thunderstruck is a remix of two Doug Klewin aid lines "Dirty Deeds" and "Beatin Round the Bush". Three protection bolts were added with permission from Klewin to transform the routes into an excellent free climb on some of the best stone in the area.

Start below the crisp double corner. Get established in the corner, clip a bolt, maneuver your way up into a stance below the finger splitter on the clean white and green face. Finesse the incredible finger crack until a series of small features allow a transition to the rounded seam on the right. Clip two more bolts and hold on through pumpy side pulls and gastons in the orange rock that culminates with a big move to good hold. It's not over yet! Take a look around and remember you're almost in the alpine with some steep blue collar crack climbing to top out this beauty.

Grade is our best guess, feels slightly harder than other comparable new single pitch hard trad climbs in the area. Get on it and let us know what you think!

Location Suggest change

The obvious steep clean green and white crack on the west face of Punk Rock. Stays shady all day starting in mid-September. Well worth the drive.
