Description
Slabmasters rejoice - another thin and exciting route on the Queen's Gambit Wall. It's suggested to climb Stalemate first to hang the draws on Checkmate as the clips are a little reachy/exciting and spacier than it's easier counterparts.
Navigate through the lower slab before reaching a rail/scoop on a long reach. Gain the rail and walk feet up and to the right to figure out the first crux.
At the top you'll find a satisfyingly deep runnel with positive side pull edges to clip the last bolt (drop knee in the water runnel!). From here, the finish is EXCITING and usually quite desperate if the handful of redpoint attempts on the FA were any indication.
Clip the last bolt, get high feet in the runnel, and use the intermediate sloping pocket before throwing to good ledges at the top. Campus slab traverse left on good-ish edges before finding a great left foot and savior jugs below the anchors.
