Description Suggest change

Pitch 1  5.10c *** 13 bolts 115'. The first pitch starts about 15 feet left of "Easy Corner". Bouldery moves past the first bolt through the base headwall then moderate slab up to the headwall of "Sushi". A couple of stiff 10 moves here then climb straight on past the TR anchor to the left side of a steep sustained face - be careful to start this section at the left bolt, not over on the Easy Corner bolt. Sustained 5.8 - 5.9 on this upper section and then the subtle face climbing crux right of the roof getting over the overlap. Finishes with delicate moves up to a wild mantle onto the ledge with the anchor.

Pitch 2  5.9 ** 5 bolts 50'. From the anchor move a bit right for a thin move up to a great rail section.  The rest of the pitch is easier with lots of rails and big holds on good rock to the left of the chimney.

From the ground a 70M rope will lower from the high anchor to the pitch 1 anchor with plenty to spare. An 80M rope WILL NOT lower to the ground.

Location Suggest change

The start is about 15' left of "Easy Corner".

Protection Suggest change

Pitch 1 thirteen bolts, pitch 2 five bolts. Done as one long pitch 18 or 19 clips - use a couple alpines on both pitches. Hooks at the anchors
