Description Suggest change

A big line that almost feels like a route you don't feel the need for a rope on. It's fun with an outdoorsy climbing style and good movement. Compresses on to the block using a thin rectangular column to the far right side of the face. Goes left, through fantastic movements involving a bit of straight arm strength then pulls into the curved, multi-tiered dihedral feature without dabbing at this part making it more strenuous. Follow the little dihedral columns' corners and flat tops up and reach out right to a great big hold. Continue right, on to the large ledge above the west facing face. From here, go up around the otherside as the climb begins and topout the large ledges Boomlakalakalaka goes out through. It's tall and long all together but the crux is the low traverse and the sheer face climbing finishes about 15 feet up so it's certainly a nice boulder problem.

CAUTION: The curved multitiered dihedral feature to the left side of the climb that takes you up high is delicate and hollow sounding, particularly the detached top column of it, it may break and it's a big piece of rock I do not put full trust in bearing weight. Please don't pull your full weight load on it, it's there for balance and body position basically to pull on lightly not for a hard pull, pullup or swinging off. It is solid enough that the way I pulled off it lightly is fine. It is a beautiful feature but lower quality seeming rock than the rest of the climb.

Location Suggest change

North facing face of the same boulder Boomlakalakalaka is on, on the otherside. There is a small cave and hole from above in the back formed by a big rock wedged in between the column of the boulder and cliff. Right now there is a huge curved pine growing ontop of the boulder and it is hard to miss looking down into God's Country from Wintergreen's "Natural Wonders" boulder.

Protection Suggest change

Pads, used only 1 to cover the big step out right to the ledges, the rest of the climb is not high off the ground or very exposed and fairly easy to down climb.
