Description Suggest change

The leftmost crack on the San Jose State University south garage facing East San Salvador St and Sixth Street is really solid. The only downsides are campus security and the relative sootiness of the crack. There is a light that will have to be avoided near the top. The top out is quite friendly, with two handrails that are great for lifting yourself onto the top floor. Most of the jams are hand or almost a fist, and the feet are marvelous, given that each floor has a 2+ inch ledge in case you need to chicken out onto a lower floor. Definitely a high ball if pads were laid down, top roping is possible thanks to the large anchor-like railings near the top, the concrete is a tad smooth for cams, but I'm not one to judge. On my FA and second ascent, I free soloed the climb just to be quick enough to avoid campus security.
