Description Suggest change

This is less attractive and much easier than its neighbor Snub Nose to the left. Nondescript granular rock with a minor crux bulge at the bottom is followed by lower angled, easier climbing with a move or two leading to the chains. Plentiful bolts and the low angle make this a good beginner’s climb.

At the base, as of this date, is a nicely made wooden sign saying “Subcompact 5.7-“.

Location Suggest change

It is 10 feet right of Snub Nose on the short wall you pass under just before arriving at the Main Wall.

Protection Suggest change

7 bolts to chains.
