Description Suggest change

SDS start on pedestal rock, utilizing pinch holds for the start.  Follow the crimp rails in the center of the white-colored rock, leading to a challenging big jump or a deadpoint move aiming for the good jugs located at the roof.  Be mindful to avoid using holds on the arete for Japanese Denim.

Once at the jugs, have your spotters stack pads and maneuver through sequences of slopers and execute big moves on the headwall. This portion of Japanese Denim is best inspected from a rope as a fall from here would be big!

To descend, downclimb down and left along the obvious flake.

Location Suggest change

Big block located downhill from the cliff-line, maybe 10-20 feet from the Climber's Trail.   Japanese Denim is located on the most down-hill face of the boulder.  This sunny south-facing wall has an excellent collection of lowball problems V0-V5 for warmups.  Please be aware of property boundaries and wear Hunter's Safety Orange during the winter season.  We recently came across a deer hunter who didn't realize he had crossed the city property boundary.
