Description Suggest change

Challenge yourself by sticking to the southern face of this intricate angular complex. Use the orangish crack to swing up to the first flat. Try to maintain your weight to the right as you complete your ascent. Beware, since this rock is at water level, the rock is coated in brittle brine - you will find every hold to give ever so slightly.

Enter Carmel Meadows from the southernmost trailhead off the highway. Follow trail to the water - you see this complex down among the other sea-level rocks. This is the second tallest construction among the bunch, furthest towards the ocean.

This entire area is about 100m southwest from the main Ribera Slab.

Protection Suggest change

It’s hard to even fit a crashpad around here. It is a dangerous one in terms of falling.
