Description Suggest change

This is a super accessible toprope route for beginners.  I set this up to have easy access to teach people how to set up an anchor and belay with low consequence.  Anyone can do this in running shoes and find it pretty straight forward.  Lots of great holds, lots of places to put your feet.

This overlooks a nice section of the Exploits river with a view downstream all the way to the end of the park trails at the boat launch 2km to the east.

The name for this route was inspired by the cleanup of the area when we found a bunch of razorblades at the bottom and the fact that the route is so short.

Location Suggest change

Follow the trails down from the parking lot on scott avenue.  Under the lookout just downstream the last set of rapids on the river, near the last landing platform of the zipline course there's this route an "Razor's Ledge".
