Description
I thought I would follow up the weakness of giant chimneys on the North side of Thumb Butte. I did a pitch in a little black runnel with good rock, but after getting a look at what the next pitch would be (following a corner system), I realized it would require a lot of top-down cleaning and possible rap bolting for any sane safety measures. So, I continued climbers left from that big ledge.
