Description Suggest change

A Buttermilks-sized bouldering experience deep in the heart of the Stronghold.

Climbs like a route through the overhanging edge of the patina'd face. Start off the stacked boulders to an opening sequence that is protectable with crash pads. Commit to a series of mini cruxes and pumpy climbing luring you away from the landing with long pulls, heel hooks & deep crosses. Decipher your way through the heart of the orange streak avoiding a violent game of pinball disguised as a shield from the exposure behind your back. Find relief at the lip crested with giant chickenheads (the right of the two is may not be long for this world, but is easily avoidable).

Grab grainy crimps with care then mantle & high step your way up the exposed slab to a mini version of the summits looming above you, bathtub-sized huecos & all.

Downclimb the South face at 5.9 (stepping off onto the smaller boulder w/ Walker Kearney’s problem)

A stand-out 5-star line alongside the Ski Jump.
