Description Suggest change

This short, broad cliff sprouts a variety of ice in the WI3-5 range that may be worthwhile if the snow isn't too deep. The routes are 30 - 50 feet tall, with the main trickle likely forming the tallest climb when frozen. The best routes seem to be the flow to the right of the main creek (WI4) and the pillar to the right of that (WI4-5) - both are 30 - 40 feet tall and form by December.

Location Suggest change

From the Little Cimarron TH, hike around 2.4 miles until the ice is obvious in the drainage to the east, 1/3 mile past the Perky Turkey. Descend to the creek and hike up the hill.

Protection Suggest change

A standard ice rack.
