Description Suggest change

This route is in the open sun (no shade). After paying the entrance fees of Wadi Degla Protoctrate, you hike for 4 kilometers along the Yellow helmet trail until you reach what looks like a waterfall that dried up a million years ago. You will use any huge rock as an anchor by tying about 5 meters of sling around it, then use an 80m rope to rappel. Only top rope this because of how fragile the Sand rock is on the wall.

It’s pretty fun to climb.

Protection Suggest change

No bolts. Anchor is just a huge rock visible once you approach the edge of the waterfall
