Description Suggest change

Named because much like a disappearing act this crack disappears and gets filled with grass!

The route moves up the sharp double crack at the bottom and then transitions just to the crack on the left while the right crack meanders away.

The crux begins just after the last opportunity for gear placement in the crack (this is just before it fills with grass). The route then uses what is left of the crack and begins climbing half in the crack and half on the face to the left. Once over the crux there is an opportunity for gear placement in the horizontal crack at the top but gear will have to be small! Then traverse left to the chain anchors for the neighboring sport climb, “Take the Edge Off” (5.11d).

Location Suggest change

Located in between, “Take the Edge Off” (5.11d) & “Dull the Pain” (5.10c) on the Sweet Pain Wall which is on the other side of the Wind Tunnel Formation.

It is located at approximately, (44.6379111, -107.5280575).

Protection Suggest change
