Description
Most people only climb the first pitch on their way to one of the harder climbs in the drainage above. But there are 2 more pitches of easier ice up the main drainage. They are both short and more sun affected than the other harder climbs. The first pitch is about 30m tall before it eases back to low angle ice and snow walking. With 60m ropes you can reach the ice at the top of the gully barely. From here expect 30-45 minutes of walking before reaching more ice.
