Description Suggest change

Marine Layer has great climbing on edges and side-pulls up a steep, textured face. It is more sustained than Brown Tide. From the anchor step up and left onto a bullet-gray slab, clip two bolts and pull left around the arete and finish to the top via the final bolts of Brown Tide. Alternately, you can surmount the open dihedral above and finish via the 2nd pitch of Mosquito Coast.

Location Suggest change

This is located on the East face of the Headlands and shares the first two bolts with Brown Tide then continues straight up. Finishes via a 2 bolt gray slab and into the final bolts of Brown Tide.

Protection Suggest change

P1. 10 bolts lead to a fixed anchor. P2. Step up and left onto the gray slab clipping two bolts. Step left around the arete and finish to the top via the final bolts of Brown Tide.
