Start under the roof, LH on large hidden jug and RH on slopey bulge head right to a good obvious crimp on face head up into crack and top out.

Lines this Ascetic are rare. Born to clear cut is one very ascetic looking line, just beautiful. Its the type of line dreams are made of.

To date, It also has the worst fall of any established boulder problem in Newfoundland. If you like your legs, bring tons of pads and spotters.

To date, It also has the worst fall of any established boulder problem in Newfoundland. If you like your legs, bring tons of pads and spotters. A landing could be built to remedy this situation. However, it was climbed with a strong ground up ethic that has been respected to date.
