Description Suggest change

The juggiest route on the wall, and steep for the grade! About 2/3 of the way up, surmount the imposing bulge with big holds then head to the final challenging moves. The last crux is pushing 5.9, though the route has been graded 5.8 in the past.

Location Suggest change

The approach trail from Hwy 542 deposits you at the base of this route, where you will find a rounded rock tucked in the ferns, reading "Speaking Spanish (8)". Head up on big holds.

Protection Suggest change

9 bolts (mostly shiny, couple old and rusty), anchor has fresh rap rings
