Description Suggest change

The bottom of the climb has a large overhang. The easiest way up is to climb right around the overhang, then slowly traverse to the left. The route tops out at a ledge about 20 feet below the top of the cliff. The ledge is good spot to set up a top belay.

Downpour is on the East-facing side of the Sunshower Cliffs at approximately GPS coordinates 38.98401, -104.90747.

Protection Suggest change

There are a few boulders to setup a TR anchor above the ledge.
