Description
Use the bulletin board, light conduit, and ledge in this tough mantle problem. Set up a pad on the stairs, and have spotters ready. For the downclimb, lay on your stomach, drop your legs, and wiggle until slowly dropping to a hang.
Location
This is on the Southeast corner of Clark C on the North end of stairs by the door. It is across the sidewalk from "The Perch."
