Description Suggest change

P1: Up past the crystal pocket and trend left to a bolt. Continue up to a second bolt (passing a very hollow and loose flake), then trend up right to the anchor. (100')

P2: Up and left to a bolt, straight up to a second bolt, then up right to an overlap with an obvious flake. Climb the flake to a ledge, step right to a bolted anchor. (120')

Rappel 115' straight down to the top of P1, then 100' to the ground. A single 70m just barely makes the first rappel; consider tying knots in the ends.

Location Suggest change

Follow the trail up left from the Flakeview area, arriving at the base of a large, low-angle slab. (You will pass a smaller slab with an overhang about 40' up -- keep going.) This climb begins at a little mini-slab leading to a ledge about 10' up; a crystal-lined pocket is just above the ledge.

Protection Suggest change

Light rack (thin cams to #0.75), bolts. Bolted anchors. Two ropes, or one 70m.
