Description Suggest change

Number 241 in the Kennedy guide, rated 5.10+, not by me. I'd say its maybe 5.10-.

A fine arete. Do some lie-backing, slapping of the corner and a little bit of giddy-upping. Slab skills won't hurt here (when do they hurt?). The flake at the start is about as solid as a creme-brulee, so pull gently.

Location Suggest change

Continue below Out of Sight. You will see a short wide crack on a wide large boulder. The climb is on the north side of the boulder, TO THE LEFT OF THE BIG OLD DIHEDRAL. You can see out of sight clearly from the top of the boulder. easy down climb from the south side of boulder.

Protection Suggest change

Clip a series of bolts to the top, there's a ground-fall potential runout to the second bolt, which coincides with the flexing flake, hence the pg-13 rating.
