Description Suggest change

Begin by climbing up dirty rock. When the angle kicks back you do some long moves off underclings and good feet, before beginning a leftward traverse for 3 bolts. These three bolts constitute the crux of the route.

The moves through the traverse are long, without many intermediates, making it quite difficult for the vertically challenged. After you finish the traverse you climb straight up a sloping rail before you gain a drilled pocket out left on the finishing slab. Get your feet under you and clip the chains.

Location Suggest change

Go up to the right side of Gotterwandl. There is a small platform that you step onto. Ares begins at the far left side of the small platform, and begins up some routes that go straight out the overhang, but Ares traverses left after 2/3 bolts until you reach a ramp feature which you follow straight up.

Protection Suggest change

bolts. Usually some fixed gear except for the first few bolts
