We left Garissa road at Sofia then proceeded down a paved road turning right after a bend in the road then continuing on this until after passing the large river. In a small town we turned right towards the prominent rocks, approaching them from the west, staying south of the rocks. We drove until the end of the road.

From there some local children and a very friendly man guided us up to the rock on small animal trails passing their manyata. The route faces south east. It is to the right of a large overhanging area.

Protection Suggest change

Top anchor built in cracks opposite the face and requires a long extension.
