Description Suggest change

This is a fun and pumpy little mixed line at Moffat Tunnel. Climb a through a well-bolted section of pure rock to a ledge just below the ice. Clip the final bolt, shake-out on the ledge, and then pull the ice curtain. The grade of ice goes from steep, to mellow, to snow before reaching a tree at the top.

Location Suggest change

Locate the the old mining cave on the far left side of the crag. The route begins at a broken corner just to the right of the mining cave.

Protection Suggest change

5 bolts, ice screws, and a sling or two for trees above. There is a large tree above with a fixed rappel anchor (as of 3.16.2015).
