Description Suggest change

Stand start with two good underclings. Move up the arete choosing from a variety of holds and body positions. Get to the good holds near the top, and top-out with a heel. There are a ton of ways to do this problem, and it's a good warm-up before heading to the other areas.

You might want to avoid trying to smear on the glassy face, because this part of the rock is not your typical diabase frictiony smear.

Location Suggest change

This is the arete that the trail passes just at it is leaving the Warm-up area.

Protection Suggest change

A pad or two and a spotter for the top-out. Although it's not tall, you wouldn't want to fall into the woodpile at your back.
