Description Suggest change

This is a nice warmup, especially if you like jam on your cracks. This can be dirty on occasion, but you can easily sweep out the dust and pine needles to reveal a decent crack climb.

Location Suggest change

From Shotput, continue on the access trail straight, do not turn uphill for Snake and Skewer, keep going straight, passing several smaller boulders (Black Beauty and Gill Boulder). On the next large boulder up right - the Handcrack Boulder - circle around the boulder to the right.

Pass the Southeast Arete and find the line that heads up a slabby to vertical hand crack.

Protection Suggest change

A pad. A spotter for those not used to jamming, especially for the exit moves.
