Sit start on crimps on the low bulge. Move up to a deep pocket and top out over the duck head.

Lies just right of the downclimb vine in the Spy vs. Spy Area. Look for the feature at the top of the wall that looks like a duck's head. Start directly below for "Darkwing Duck".
