Short climb in a small chimney on the far left of the lowers. There is a large flake on the right and several small ledges on the left to get started. It can be led or toproped. It's a good route to learn how to lead on.

The route is on the far left side of the Lowers area. Just find the Army numbers (hence all the route names). One Alpha is in the corner where the flatter cracked face and the roundish rock comes together.

Cable or big tree at top to anchor a top rope on. Plenty of bolts on the left of the route if you want to lead it.

Dixie Cragger's describes One as "Start: at far left-end of cliff at obvious dihedral. Follow an obvious corner up a line of bolts to the tree"

One Alpha is described as "Start 20' right of dihedral. Follow bolts up the outside flakes to the top" from DCA. It is unclear how One Alpha is different from Two. Sep 25, 2016
