Sit start at pockets and a flake/sidepull.

Climb up the wall on crimps and pockets. commit to the crux sequence as you gain the slabby finish.

This problem has had no breakage, and it is stiff for V4, so perhaps V5 is more realistic. Dec 17, 2015

This climbs really well, but it's not the best problem on the planet like the guidebook would have you believe... Having climbed dozens and dozens of routes in Bishop/Mammoth area from V4 to V9, this rig is very hard for the grade. Compared to other V6's in the area like Goldenrod, Osama, Black Face, Shortness of Breath etc., Super Crippler is more difficult, and it's supposedly a V4... Not sure if there's been breakage, but expect to put V6 effort into an OK route, and you'll enjoy the line. Sep 21, 2014
