This route is the second bolted line on the main face and just to the right of "Crucified". Thin face climbing to a series of underclings that lead left to a scoop. getting into the scoop is the first crux. Getting out of the scoop is the second crux, a couple more bolts to the anchor.

Protection

9 bolts, chain anchor.

The Book says 11b, I would agree, a bit stiffer at the crux. Super fun though! This whole area deserves more traffic Nov 24, 2017
There is no way that this is 5.11a. Or maybe I'm a weakling. But I did flash Gun for Hire, and this one took me 7 or 8 falls. Apr 28, 2014

In my opinion, this route is difficult for the grade. The crux is technical and hard to read. It felt harder to me than many of the other 5.11a's in the area. That being said, it is a really fun route. Jan 21, 2013
