Description Suggest change

Single-pitch ice, with a walk-around to set up TRs if you don't lead. Generally VERY busy if in, due to ease of approach and location. Ice ranging from WI2 to WI3, with potentially mixed routes depending on conditions. The ice is fairly consistent, but since the area is south-facing the ice is extremely susceptible to sun-bleaching - giving the ice the "asbestos" look. Best to climb here on overcast days.

Location Suggest change

See description on the Asbestos Wall page.

Protection Suggest change

Sling trees for TR anchors; standard ice rack if you want to lead anything.
