A little route furter east up the gully. It is on the approach to the top of the wall. It climbs a small slab with 1 bolt and climbs a very juggy and easy roof, and then finishes out on shattered slab. Don't come for this climb but if you are here for the others -- tick it.

2 bolts atop the route. 3 draws for the rest of it.

This climb is like a fun boulder problem. The only problem is the heinous rope drag! My belayer had slack and I was stuck; expect to ravage your rope. Apr 30, 2013

Likely a large wasp nest right under the roof of this climb. We looked for it for a bit as there were nearly 30 wasps flying all round it, but gave up and walked away from the climb when we found the rattlesnake sitting right on top of the big boulder at the start. Check for critters before reaching over that boulder! May 22, 2012
This is a fun warmup climb. My partner and I did a few laps on this before hitting the longer climbs. To add a bit more interest to this route do a sitdown start and try to stay off of the slabby face where the first bolt is.

If the landing wasn't so terrible this could be done as a boulder problem. Jun 26, 2011
great little climb, huge jugs but great cieling for the camera.
the first bolt dosent do much for safty exept keeping you from doing a header down the trail Jun 19, 2009

I dare you not to sit on the horn underneath the roof. Apr 21, 2008

If you are in the area it is worth sending, well portected and a short pump.

You will find this climb as you finish the scramble up the drainage and follow the switchback to the roadside part of the sport utility rock. Mar 15, 2007
