The angles between mattress layers was customized with 8' form blocks. The carpet padding over the top holds everything in place.<br>
Gluing the vinyl seams together then weighting them down with 40# bags of concrete mix.

The center line of all the studs were marked on the ground. Then I used a laser level to be sure every screw in every bracket hit the framing member it was aiming for. If you do not sheer the outside walls this task would be cheaper and essayer but you would not have as solid of a final product.
When drilling out your T-nut holes use a templet, then knock out 4 sheets at a time with a spade bit. Dipping the tip in a glass of water once for each sheet on each hole will make a drastic improvement in the life of a drill bit.
The insulation in the walls keeps the gym warm in the winter, cool in the summer and cuts down on noise both in and outside when fun is being had.
Mesuer and cut the pre drilled 3/4" climbing surface then screw them to the wall with 1 3/8" sheet rock screws.
The right tools for the right job, If you can get a chop saw the angles will work out a lot better than using only a skill saw.<br>
Flip the highway billboard sign vinyl over a few mattresses and you have a perfect crash pad.
It is best to use full sheets of plywood for many reasons. Simple, less waist, cheaper and you can always add volumes later for more variety.
The bottom place is attached to the floor with three hinges so this wall had to be framed up in place.
Angle brackets were used to frame up the wall to give each stud much move strength than toe nailing. It also made it easy to frame the wall in place due to the small size of the room. 16'x12'
T-nuts for the systems wall are on a 8"x8" pattern to allow for a great variety of setting options.
The floor turned out better than I ever emagined. 52 mattresses work like a charm.
