I am looking for a long-term climbing partner who is super psyched to climb at Devil's Head. Here is some info on what kind of climber I am and what kind of partner I am looking for.
I like to leave my place around 6am when I go to DH, and I almost always climb on weekends.
The longer the approach, the better.
Right now, I am climbing up to 11- because of an injury, but am looking forward to hopping back onto the 13s when I heal up and get strong again.
I mostly climb sport and am getting more into trad.
Generally, I try to keep a quick pace when out climbing. 7-10 pitches a day is usually what I am striving for.
I only like to climb with one person at a time, no groups. Leave the dog at home.
An ideal partner...
Will look at me in disgust when I suggest we end the climbing for the day.
Is normally free every weekend.
Enjoys seclusion.
Doesn't mind following me around the mountain.
Has nothing better to do with their free time than go to DH.
An experienced partner would be ideal, but I wouldn't mind teaching a newer climber any of my limited knowledge as long as they share the stoke.
