raincoat/shell question

Hoping to get a jumpstart on shopping for a long-waisted design.....one whose length extends down below your pants pockets, lets say.......upper- to midthigh length.  Nike used to make a Storm Fit model that was designed like this.......and ones i've seen on eBay look to be exactly what i'm looking for.....but their design lacks some other helpful details like drawstrings and a well-developed hood.  Anybody have any thoughts or tips?  Thank you!

Honestly going to be tough in the current shell market. I think Berghaus did a reissue of their late 1980s to early 1990s designs recently, maybe have a look there?
