ISO roommate in the front range

Hey All! Looking for a roommate to share a third story (no one above) 2 bed 1 Bath south facing Apartment in Lakewood starting in june. Dates flexible ( preferably someone 25-35 years of age and are outdoorsy) I don’t really smoke or drink but 420 friendly. Youd get the spacious master bedroom. I also have a built in hang board and bike rack. Sorry but no cats. I love Cats but i’m allergic.  multiple lease options 9-15 mouths. Rent would be ~$900-$1050 if this sounds like a possible fit let me know! 

About me, im big into rock climbing biking and staying active. I work full time as a restaurant server in golden and most nights I work. and when im not working im out in the mountains. Basically you’d have the place to yourself more often than not.
