Posting comments under an area

If I'm on my desktop, I can post a comment under any area.

However, on the app I can't see any option to post a comment. 

Is it just me? Any ideas why or how to fix it?

And yes, I am logged in on the app...

You can’t post comments on the App.  Comments from the web are posted to the App when it updates.

Being that most people these days do everything on their phones, especially when traveling & climbing - Is is SUPER Stupid that you can't. 

The app should have 100% of the desktop version capabilities!
