Resole LS Katana?

Has anyone resoled their men's Katanas with Vibram Grip (instead of the Edge)? Good results? And, if so, who's the go-to to do this right now? 

I really like the Edge rubber on the women's version (white), but prefer the stiffness of the men's (yellow). Life is complicated. 

Rock and Resole has been doing my Katanas about once a year for the past 5-6 years. As they are gym shoes I have them use the cheapest longest wearing rubber. They comeback in well done each time. As such, I would reach out to them. Especially as they have LS lasts.

Put Stealth or whatever Adidas/5.10 rubber is called on a pair of Katanas.  Worked well.  Was done at Flophouse/Valey Shoe Repair in Joshua Tree - they do excellent work.

+1 for putting stealth / C4 on the men's katanas. I believe I had Rock & Resole do it once and then later Yosemite Bum. Not the best choice when it's super hot outside as that rubber gets squishy but for shoulder season sending it's a weapon. All my hardest finger cracks were done with that combo.
